Your journey begins with a complimentary discovery call. This is not a sales pitch—it's a deep-dive conversation where we explore your travel dreams, past experiences, and the deeper "why" behind this trip. We'll explore the primary purpose and emotional drivers of your trip, what problem or void you're hoping this journey will solve, your ideal travel style, pace, and definition of luxury, and past travel experiences—both triumphs and disappointments.
The Vision Blueprint
Within 48 hours of our Storytelling Session, you'll receive a Vision Blueprint—a beautifully designed document that summarizes your story and presents 2-3 high-level conceptual travel arcs. This includes a Statement of Understanding (your story in your own words), 2-3 conceptual travel arcs framed as narratives, investment range for each option, and transparent explanation of our Diagnostic & Design Fee.
Our Professional Fee: To proceed to the detailed design phase, we require a Diagnostic & Design Fee (typically $100-$500, with custom quotes for complex and large groups). This fee secures our time and expertise for the intensive research and planning ahead.

The Itinerary Storyboard
Once you approve a direction and the fee is paid, we create your detailed, day-by-day itinerary. This is not a list of logistics—it's a script for your adventure, where each element connects back to your original story and goals. Your Storyboard includes a narrative overview, day-by-day itinerary written in evocative language, curated accommodations and experiences with rationale, transparent investment summary and payment schedule, and opportunity for revisions to ensure perfect alignment.
Seamless Execution
Once your itinerary is finalized, we handle every detail with flawless precision. Your execution is the physical manifestation of our credibility—and we take that responsibility seriously. We manage all bookings, confirmations, and logistics, provide proactive communication and real-time updates, offer 24/7 concierge support throughout your journey, and handle any issues or changes with immediate action. You'll receive a beautifully designed travel dossier with all essential information and emergency contacts.
The Epilogue & Sequel
Your relationship with us doesn't end when you return home. Within a week of your return, we'll schedule a debrief call to hear about your experience, capture feedback, and discuss how the journey impacted you. This conversation often leads naturally to planning your next chapter. Many of our clients become lifelong partners, returning to us year after year to continue their travel story. We'll maintain your travel profile and preferences, provide priority access to exclusive opportunities, and offer ongoing travel inspiration and recommendations.
